Who are we?

The Manytones are one of the UK's leading Live Bands. We provide Live Music, DJ, AV and Production Services to a wide variety of clients and industries.  We are based in Macclesfield, Cheshire and a privately owned by our founder and Managing Director Philip Brown who is responsible for all areas of administration and running of the band and also performs actively as a live musician and DJ.

How do we collect and retain your information?

We only take down information for which we have permission. In most cases from the enquiry form, e-mail or when you make a booking. Your personal details are kept secure in our booking system to facilitate ease of contact and all future correspondence.  We may need to collect the following information in the event of an engagement contract being undertaken:

• Name (and business name if applicable)

• Contact information including address, phone, email and IP address

• Demographic information such as postcode, event address

• Credit card details

• Bank details

• Other information relevant to your enquiry

What happens with any information you disclose?

We require the above information to understand your requirements and provide you with the best possible customer service, and in particular for the following reasons:

• Maintaining our own personal records.

• If you have booked entertainment with the Manytones, your event details and personal information will be stored. This is solely for the purpose of contacting you regarding your event and will not be used for third party marketing purposes.

• We may use the information to improve our own services, or respond to any queries you may have

We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant engagement. When you have entered into a contract with us, we will hold you data securely for 6 years to help support our own internal audit requirements and financial processes.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to any third parties. Your information is used solely for the purpose of the successful operation of our own business and providing you with the best possible customer service.

Data Tracking and Website Analytics

Our web site may use Google Analytics and visitor recording software which will track mouse clicks, mouse movements, page scrolling and any text keyed into website forms. The information collected does not include bank details or any sensitive personal data. Data collected is for Manytones Music's internal use only. The information collected is used to improve our website functionality and is stored and used for consolidated statistical reporting.
